We're taking on three owner-run web and marketing agencies with 8 to 20 people as pilot customers. Not a finished product for everyone — a limited collaboration with a documented baseline, real data, and success criteria agreed in advance.
How a pilot runs
Your last invoicing run gets documented: hours spent, tracked vs. billed hours, projects over budget.
Configuration, import with reconciliation, trial run, workshop. The clock starts once your data is delivered and scope is set.
Hours run in the product, budget indicator active, month-end close and invoice prep in the system.
Repeat without our active help. We measure support minutes and value delivered.
Baseline vs. actuals. Joint decision: regular terms or exit with a full export.
Pilot terms
If you stay after the pilot, the agreed price is locked for 24 months. If you don't continue, you get a full export of your data (CSV/XLSX, e-invoice XML).
What we ask from you
- One person responsible for the switch
- Real data, not test data
- 20 minutes of feedback every two weeks
- An owner who can decide within four weeks
Good fit if
- you're 8 to 20 people, Austria or southern Germany
- you have recurring client budgets (retainers, monthly packages) plus projects
- project-based time tracking is mandatory for the team
- an economic loss can be shown: unbilled work, budget overruns, days spent on invoicing
Not a fit if
- you're under 8 people — the switch isn't worth it yet
- your projects are fixed-price with no time tracking
- you're over 30 people or run multiple locations
- you need inventory, in-house accounting, or industry-specific billing
