Notes: create quick notes, link them and find them again
The Notes module is a simple board for quick thoughts, links and Markdown notes — with color categories, pinning and full-text search instead of a folder structure.

Open Notes
Open "Notes" from the main menu (route /notes). Pinned notes appear at the top in their own "Pinned" section, everything else below as a card grid, sorted by last edited by default.

Create a new note
Click "New Note" in the top right. The modal has a title and a content field — content uses the same Notion-style Markdown editor as the Knowledgebase (formatting, lists, code blocks). Only "Create Note" saves it; both title and content are optional, so an empty note lands in the board as "Untitled".

Color is the only categorization
There are no folders or tags — the only grouping is color (Default, Amber, Blue, Green, Rose, Violet), picked in the editor modal by clicking a color dot. The color bar above the board filters the view to exactly one color; "All" resets the filter.

Attach links to a note
In the editor modal under "Links", enter a URL and an optional label, then confirm with "Add" or Enter. Links show up as external buttons on the note card (opening in a new tab) and count toward the "X links" total in the header — there's no linking to projects or tasks, only arbitrary URLs.

Pin, edit, delete
Hovering a card reveals three icons in the bottom right: pin/unpin, edit (pencil) and delete (trash, with a confirmation dialog). Pinned notes automatically move to the "Pinned" section at the top and stay there regardless of their edit date.

Search notes
The search field above the board filters live across title, content and link label/URL at once. Search and color filter can be combined; no matches show a hint suggesting you adjust the search or filter.
No folders, no tags — only color and pin
If you expect a Knowledgebase-style folder structure, you won't find one here: notes can only be grouped by one of six colors and their pin status, nothing else.
Links are plain URLs, not internal references
"Links" on a note point to arbitrary external addresses, not to projects, tasks or other notes in the system. There is currently no linking between notes and other modules.
Delete asks for confirmation but is final
The delete button shows a confirmation dialog, but after that there's no trash or undo — the note is gone immediately.
