What is Project Manager?
Project Manager is the shared workspace for service businesses, agencies and teams: from the first lead through projects and tasks to time, budgets and invoices.
- You don't need an account to read this overview.
- The areas available in your app depend on the modules activated for your organization and your plan.

Connect work in one place
Project Manager brings together processes that are otherwise spread across several tools. Manage customers and leads in CRM, turn them into projects and tasks, track working time, and keep budgets and invoices in view. The data stays connected: a task can belong to a project, time can be assigned to a task, and a won CRM deal can become a project.

Activate only the modules your team needs
The platform is modular. Alongside core areas such as Tasks, Projects, Calendar and Time Tracking, it offers CRM, Budgeting, Invoices, Files, Notes, Meetings, Goals, Metrics, CMS, Knowledgebase, Vault and Planning. Your organization activates only the relevant modules, keeping navigation focused on how your team actually works.

Understand a typical workflow
A common workflow starts in CRM: a lead becomes a deal and, after closing, a project. Within the project, your team organizes tasks and optionally sprints. Team members track time directly against tasks or projects. Budgeting and reporting show progress, while invoicing turns billable work into invoices.

Work with organizations, teams and roles
All content lives within an organization. Invite team members and assign roles. Permissions and activated modules determine which areas a member can view and edit. This keeps customer data, projects and internal information separate from other organizations.

Use Project Manager for the right work
Project Manager is designed for teams managing services, client projects or internal project work. It is not a warehouse management system or a conventional accounting system. You can create clean invoices and exports for accounting, while tax advisers and bookkeeping remain in the systems built for that work.
Not every module is visible by default
If an area is missing from navigation, first check whether the module is active for your organization and plan, and whether you have the required permission.
Project Manager is not a rigid one-size-fits-all ERP
Set up the modules that match your actual workflow first. Add further areas later rather than configuring every function at once.
